Irek Mukhamatdinov represents KFU at Kazan Digital Week 2024
From September 9 to 11, the Kazan Digital Week 2024 International Forum was held at the Kazan Expo. The forum included the exchange of scientific and technical information, consolidation of scientific and technological assets capable of effectively solving the problems of import substitution, ensuring technological sovereignty and data sovereignty as the basis for the leadership of the Russian Federation in international cooperation.
The forum events were attended by 19,000 participants, including 8,000 online, from 64 countries. Kazan Federal University was represented by Irek Mukhamatdinov, Senior Research Associate of the Laboratory of In-Situ Combustion. The scientist spoke at the round table Young researchers in ensuring the country’s technological sovereignty.
“The participants of the section, namely prize-winners of the contest The Best Young Scientist of the Republic of Tatarstan and members of the Movement of the Young discussed effective approaches to popularization of science among schoolchildren and young teachers, introduction of digital tools in modern culture, inclusive pedagogy, veterinary medicine, economics, electricity, etc.,” shared Mukhamatdinov.
During the round table, proposals and innovative solutions were voiced in physics, oil production, agriculture, and other areas.
More than 143 thousand views were registered on the forum’s website. The Kazan Expo halls hosted over 100 sections with over 600 speakers. 140 exhibitors presenting more than 200 innovative products were of great interest to the participants.
