We are very lucky: we study the Earth – the planet that gives us life, shelter and resources.

The planet is large and complex, so the many directions of geological research allows each of us to find a favorite job – the job that makes a person really happy, so geologists are happy people! Geologists have a special vision of the surrounding world: they can easily change the scale from nano- to mega-, go back in time for billions of years and understand the value of every millisecond.
