Rector Lenar Safin meets with General Director of Zarubezhneft Sergey Kudryashov
The meeting took place on 18 June with participation from Vice-Rector for Earth Sciences Danis Nurgaliev. The sides discussed further cooperation in the oil and gas industry.
Notably, the two sides have been partners since 2015. During today’s meeting, they agreed to continue joint research in enhanced oil recovery and catalysts for underground oil refining.
Additionally, research is ongoing in in-situ combustion, oil oxidation, tracer studies, and digital core sample techology.
