Among the invited jury and guests were representatives of the University, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Tatarstan, the Tatarstan Academy of Sciences, schools and science clubs.
The students focused on issues regarding ecology, biodiversity preservation, natural resource protection, and human health.
The work of the forum, aimed at forming the ecological culture of the younger generation and creating optimal conditions for their intellectual and creative self-expression, took place in four areas: scientific research, environmental protection, tourism and local history, and social activities.
The best reports in each category will be awarded diplomas, with the award ceremony planned for March. The winners and prize-holders will be determined by the competition jury, which includes many KFU experts.
